The tile could not be found you, may be missing a dashboard pack

Overview

This message may be seen on a dashboard tile:

The <Tile name> tile could not be found, you may be missing a dashboard pack.

Procedure

This error can occur if your SquaredUp DS edition does not include the tile referenced by the dashboard. This can happen if you have imported a dashboard pack that was created on a SquaredUp DS edition different to the edition you are using, for example you have imported a dashboard pack created on the SquaredUp DS for Azure into SquaredUp DS for SCOM.

You can either download the dashboard pack intended for your product edition from dashboards.squaredup.com or remove the affected tiles from the dashboard.

Alternatively, it can mean that the dashboard references tiles found in a dashboard pack that you do not have installed.

This can occur if a dashboard pack is missing.

To fix this issue, install the missing dashboard pack from the SquaredUp DS right-hand menu ☰ > Import dashboard packs page and the error should disappear.

If it does not disappear immediately, you may need to reload Dashboard Packs:

  1. In SquaredUp click on the top right hand menu ☰ > system > dashboards
  2. Click the reload button at the bottom of the page.
